Title Loan State Requirements
Applying for a title loan requires that you own your vehicle and have a clear vehicle title, without any existing liens. You must also have valid government-issued identification. Your name must be on your title, and the name must match that on your ID. State laws require customers to be at least 18 years old in most places (19 in Alabama). Some states require proof of residency and income to complete the loan documentation. Our network of lenders offers customers options for funding that comply with local laws in every state we serve.
